Isaías Ortiz serves as the Legal Assistant at The Wright Firm, PLLC. He plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our firm. Isaias’ primary focus is to assist the Lead Attorney Shahara Wright in managing client relationships and office management, fostering an environment of efficiency and professionalism.
Drawing on his experience in various administrative roles, Isaias oversees the client intake processes, workflows, email communication, social media presence, and billing. His attention to detail and strong organizational skills contribute to the seamless functioning of our firm, enabling our legal team to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
Before joining The Wright Firm, PLLC, Isaias gained valuable experience as a Data Analyst Assistant at the National Aqueduct and Sewer Administration (ANDA) in El Salvador. Prior to that, Isaias worked as a Resident Assistant at his alma mater, and as a Public Policy Assistant in Washington, DC, where he contributed to the development and implementation of policy initiatives.
Originally from Masaya, Nicaragua, Isaias brings a diverse perspective and a global mindset to his work. In his free time, he enjoys immersing himself in music, engaging in outdoor activities, and exploring new places. Isaias is fluent in both Spanish and English, and he is currently expanding his linguistic skills by learning Italian.
